Customers should mention their Order ID as the payment reference.

Customers may be required to share the payment screenshot through WhatsApp for confirmation.

Digital products are delivered through WhatsApp or email according to the delivery time mentioned on the product page.

Products marked Instant are generally delivered after payment confirmation. Services and customised work may require additional time as specified on the product page.

Purchased digital resources should not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly without permission.
